WHAT PEOPLE ASK BEFORE THEY APPLY.
Is there a base salary?
No. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity. You earn on what you close, plus residuals on what stays. There's no draw and no salary.
How is commission calculated?
A base commission on first month billing per closed client, plus performance-based adders once you're through your first quarterly review. Full mechanics are covered once you're in the process, and again in the signed agreement.
Will I receive leads?
Some clients you'll self-generate from your own network. Others come from targeted prospect data NewRev provides. Either path is legitimate, and self-generated clients carry additional upside.
Who pays for prospecting expenses?
You do, same as any 1099 independent contractor role. NewRev provides the platform, the demonstrations, the fulfillment and the collateral, not a travel or marketing budget.
Do I need technical AI experience?
No. You need to be able to understand a business owner's problem and close. NewRev's team handles the technology.
What happens to my residuals if I leave?
A partner who departs in good standing after 12 or more months keeps residuals for up to 12 more months post exit, conditioned on continued confidentiality and non-solicit compliance. Full terms are in the signed BDP agreement.
What happens after I apply?
We personally review every application. If your experience and answers look like a fit, we'll reach out directly to set up a conversation.
